  • For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 10–15 business days for production before dispatch.

  • We offer pan-India shipping via reliable courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days post dispatch (may vary by location).

  • You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

3. International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery timelines typically range from 10–20 business days depending on the destination.

  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping is offered pan India.

5. Packaging

  • Every piece is carefully packed in our signature Riwaiyat box with a protective layer to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

  • If you’re gifting, let us know in the notes — we’ll include a complimentary handwritten note.

  • While we strive to dispatch on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.

7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
