Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and vintage nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed.

• In case your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images and clear photos of the issue at [riwaiyat.official@gmail.com].

• We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Custom Orders

• No returns or refunds are applicable on custom or made-to-order pieces.

• As vintage and tribal jewellery often comes with natural irregularities and antique finishes, such variations are not considered defects.
